What orderpilot does
The 60-second overview, and the checklist that gets you from zero to a full dashboard.
orderpilot reads the order, shipping and cancellation emails that retailers already sent you and turns them into one organised dashboard: every order, its status, its tracking number, what it cost, what it is worth now, and what you made when you sold it.
It is read-only. It never places orders, never logs into a retailer, and never sends, moves or deletes anything in your mailbox.
The five-minute setup
- 1Create your account
You need a beta invite code. Sign up with email, or with Discord. See Create your account.
- 2Get an app password for your email
A limited password your email provider generates just for apps like this one. See Get your IMAP app password.
- 3Connect the inbox
Connected inboxes → Add accounts → Direct IMAP. See Connect your first inbox.
- 4Run your first scan
Inbox Scan → pick retailers and how far back to look → start. See Run your first scan.
- 5Open the dashboard
Your orders are there, sorted by status. See The dashboard.
