The dashboard
Status tabs, filters, bulk actions, stuck orders, import and export.
The dashboard is your home page: every order the scans found, with money totals and a live status for each.
Status tabs

Each order row has a progress bar (Ordered → Shipped → Out for delivery → Delivered) so you can see where it is at a glance.
Filters
- Date range — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Year to date, Last 12 months, All time, or a custom range you pick on the calendar.
- Retailer — narrow to one store. The counts next to each stay in step with the other filters.
- Search — by product, order number or tracking number.
Stuck orders: clean them up in bulk
Pre-orders and lost emails often leave orders sitting on Processing or Shipped for months. The Stuck 3 mo+ tab collects them, and a banner on it offers three bulk actions:
- Mark delivered — you know they arrived.
- Keep waiting — flags them as pre-orders so they stop being counted as stuck.
- Delete — remove orders that never mattered.
By default an action applies to everything in the tab. Choose Select specific ones first to tick individual orders, then apply the action to just those.
Single orders
- Mark delivered on a row when a package arrived but no email said so.
- The menu on each row lets you edit or remove an order. Add order (the + in the toolbar) enters one by hand, for a retailer that is not supported.
- Tracking numbers link to the carrier's own tracking page.
Import and export
The two icons in the dashboard toolbar import and export CSV. Import merges by order number, so importing the same file twice is safe. Export lets you choose all orders or only what the filters show. The same import also reads files from other trackers, see Settings.
Share Success
The Share Success button builds a picture of your numbers for the current filters, ready to paste in Discord. See Share Success card.
