Shipments
Every package on a map, grouped by status, with tracking links.
Once an order's shipping email carries a tracking number, the package shows up in Fulfillment → Shipments and as a little box on the map.
- Use the search box to find a package by tracking number, order number or product name.
- Packages are grouped by status.
- Each row links to the carrier's own tracking page.
- Export CSV downloads the list.
Live carrier tracking
Statuses normally come from the emails retailers send. In Settings → Tracking & alerts you can also turn on live tracking with a carrier-tracking provider, so in-transit packages show where they were last scanned. This is optional.
