Connected inboxes
Where your mailboxes live: add, search, group and remove.
Inbound → Connected inboxes lists every mailbox orderpilot can scan.
- Add accounts opens the dialog with Direct IMAP, Bulk import and AYCD Inbox. See Connect your first inbox.
- Each row shows the address, its group and a status: Connected, Not yet checked, or an error with the reason (usually a wrong or revoked app password).
- Search by email or group name.
- Remove a mailbox with the remove button. Its orders stay on your dashboard.
Tip
Passwords are encrypted at rest and never sent back to your browser. To revoke access completely, delete the app password at your email provider too.
