Connect your first inbox
Add a mailbox, test the connection, and use groups, bulk import or AYCD to add many.
You need an app password first. If you do not have one, start with Get your IMAP app password.
Add one mailbox
- 1Open Connected inboxes
Sidebar → Inbound → Connected inboxes, then press Add accounts.
- 2Stay on the Direct IMAP tab
- 3Fill in the form
- Email address — the mailbox you want scanned.
- Group (optional) — a label such as
farm-a. Handy later to tell inboxes apart. - IMAP host and Port —
imap.gmail.comand993are already filled in for Gmail. Change them for other providers. - Username — leave empty to use the email address.
- App password — paste it here. The eye icon shows what you typed. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- 4Press Test connection
You should see “Connected successfully.” If not, read the message: it says whether the login or the host is the problem.
- 5Press Save account
The connection is checked again as it saves. The inbox appears in the list.
Add many at once
Bulk import
On the Bulk import tab paste one account per line as email:password. The separator can be a colon, semicolon, comma or tab, and spaces inside app passwords are fine. Optionally give them all a group. When it finishes you get a line for every account showing whether it connected, and why not if it did not.

AYCD Inbox
If you manage mailboxes in AYCD Inbox, the AYCD Inbox tab points you to the sync in Settings → Direct IMAP & AYCD. There are two ways:
- Sync with your AYCD Inbox key — connect your AYCD Inbox key once in Settings, then pull every connected mailbox in one click, with its AYCD category used as the group. No passwords to paste.
- The bridge script — download it from Settings, generate a pairing code, run the one command shown in a terminal, and it syncs new orders in every few minutes while it runs.
Managing inboxes
- The list shows each mailbox with its group and connection status. Use the search box to find one by email or group.
- Use the remove button to take a mailbox out. Orders it already brought in stay.
- If an inbox starts failing (usually a revoked or expired app password), remove it and add it again with a fresh one.
