Terms of Service

orderpilot connects to email accounts you choose, reads the order, shipping and sale emails in them, and organises what it finds into a dashboard of orders, shipments, inventory, sales, expenses and profit. It is a tracking and bookkeeping aid. It does not buy, sell or ship anything for you.

The Service is in invite-only beta. It is provided while we are still building and testing it. Features may change, break, be removed or reset without notice, and data may be lost. Don’t rely on the Service as your only record of anything important, and keep your own copies (the CSV export is there for this). We may end the beta, change pricing after it, or limit access at any time, and will give reasonable notice of paid changes.

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You need a valid invite code while the beta is invite-only. Codes are for you; don’t sell or publish them.
• Keep your password secret and your details accurate. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@orderpilot.live if you think it has been compromised.

When you connect a mailbox you authorise orderpilot to sign in to it (using the app password or other credential you provide) and read its messages for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that:

• you own each mailbox, or the owner has clearly authorised you to connect it;
• connecting it doesn’t break your email provider’s terms, an employer’s policy, or any law; and
• you will use a limited “app password” where your provider offers one, and revoke it at your provider if you stop using the Service.

orderpilot only reads mail. It does not send, move or delete email, and it does not log in to retailer, carrier or marketplace accounts.

You agree not to:

• connect mailboxes you aren’t authorised to access, or use the Service to read anyone else’s mail;
• attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or overload it with automated requests;
• reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service, or share your account;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, including to evade a retailer’s purchase limits in breach of their terms or the law.

Order details are extracted automatically from emails and can be wrong or incomplete. Package positions on the map may be estimates. Market prices come from third-party sources such as TCGplayer and are estimates, not offers or guarantees of what an item will sell for. Profit figures depend on what you enter (for example, what you paid). Sale fees are estimates. Check anything that matters against the original source.

The Service is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for your own bookkeeping and tax reporting.

The Service relies on and links to third parties, including your email provider, retailers, carriers, marketplaces, TCGplayer, map providers, payment processors and Discord. They have their own terms and privacy policies, we don’t control them, and they may change or stop working. orderpilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer, carrier or marketplace mentioned; their names and marks belong to their owners.

The beta is free. If and when paid plans start, the price and billing period will be shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

You keep ownership of your emails and the data extracted from them. You give us a limited licence to process that data solely to run the Service for you. The Service itself — its software, design, name and logo — belongs to us and our licensors, and you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these terms apply.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings, which removes your login and stored data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (such as 6, 11, 12 and 14) will.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, especially during the beta. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any data will be preserved.

To the fullest extent the law allows, orderpilot and its owners won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or connecting a mailbox you weren’t authorised to use.

We may update these terms; if a change is material we’ll notify you in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, and courts there have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
